Halloween party fun at Duffield care homeResidents and Colleagues at HC One’s Bankwood care home had their very own scary Halloween party.

The Duffield care home had an amazing day on 30th October celebrating Halloween.

Some of the staff dressed up in fancy dress; some just wore the head dress and most of the Residents had head dresses on too.

The Residents played games including sticking the eyes on the spider blind folded.

Colleagues got a Halloween frame to take photos in and had a pumpkin piƱata too. There was drop bags too and they had lined up lots of prizes to be won from playing the games.

The Residents said they had lovely day full of fun and laughter. Lisa, the homes chef, made gou-lash with a home-made roll and mash, flowered by a chocolate devil cake – perfect for the theme!

It was an amazing day from start to finish and the staff can’t wait to plan more like it.
