Residents at HC-One’s Douglas View care home dawned their chef whites and enjoyed some dry baking on Tuesday 16th March.
A group of Residents came together to make their very own biscuits, using a dry baking method the Residents created their very own biscuits, as they worked the group chatted and shared stories about their favourite baking recipes.
Everyone enjoyed sampling the finished results with a cup of tea or coffee, Margaret commented that she had a lot of fun and that she used to be quite the baker in her day.
Douglas View Home Manager, Lyndsey Barnes said: “I am so pleased our Residents enjoyed making their very own biscuits, they all looked delicious.”
