Gillian Muffett, a Resident at HC One’s Magna care home, celebrated her 81st birthday today.
Gillian turned 81 years young at the Wigston care home today.
Her family came to see her and dropped off lots of presents and flowers for her special day.
All of the Colleagues at the home wanted to give Gillian a birthday to remember!
Gillian was pampered by having a wash and set first, followed by a beautiful birthday cake that was made by Tina the homes Assistant Chef.
The Residents had colourful pom poms with handles and they all sang happy birthday to Gillian.
Gillian said it was lovely to see her family and thanked everyone for their beautiful birthday cards. The Residents enjoyed helping Gillian celebrate her birthday. They all joined in with birthday memories of days gone by.
Gillian is waiting for the day that we can all celebrate our birthdays once lockdown is over, and the families can all join us once more to celebrate in style.
