Harefield home parties for St Andrews DayCedar House Residents and Colleagues, in Harefield, Middlesex, enjoyed various Scottish themed fun activities to mark St Andrew’s Day today.

From Scottish themed quizzes and games, to traditional Scottish music, a sing-along and dancing, there wasn’t much the home didn’t do!

“We also had a special Scottish themed Lunch of Haggis Tatties and Neeps followed by Yummy Dundee cake and cream,” explained one of the Colleagues.

“It was lovely to see the Residents having so much fun, and Colleagues joining in on the fun! The activities were a great success and a good time was had by all. The Residents also enjoyed helping to decorate the home for the occasion.”

Colleagues were trying their hand at the Scottish dancing; one Resident commented, “I enjoyed the music and dancing by Claire and Mary.”

Patience Sibanda, Home Manager, said, “It was lovely to see all the carers getting involved and supporting the Residents with the activities.
