The home had a special presentation afternoon with all staff and Residents present to congratulate them both on their well-earned success.

Positive comments were echoed around the room including, “We are all really proud here at Grosvenor house,” and “Thank you for everything you do!”

Residents were clapping and cheering. One commented, “Everyone here is kind, really well deserved.”

Susan Nutter, Care Home Manager, added, “Thoroughly well-deserved and both were nominated by all the staff. These awards are a great way for staff to feel appreciated especially during the testing times we have all been through in the last year.”
