Harrogate care home celebrates success in CQC reportGrosvenor House care home, on Duchy Road in Harrogate – part of HC-One, the kind care company - is celebrating having received a glowing report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). 

The team at Grosvenor House were delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents, demonstrating that the home is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsible, and Well-Led.

The inspectors were full of praise for Colleagues at Grosvenor House, highlighting the person-centred way in which care and support is delivered. This sentiment was echoed by Residents comments, which included:  "I make my own decisions, staff talk to me about my care."

On Wednesday 28th August, Grosvenor House opened its doors to the local community to celebrate the home’s recent positive CQC report. Guests, which included the Mayor and Mayoress of Harrogate, were treated to a delicious afternoon tea party.
