Harvest Festival celebrations were in full swing at Aberpennar Court care home in Mountain Ash as Residents were joined by their loved ones for a day filled with exciting activities.
The morning began with a charity fundraiser for MacMillan Cancer Support, as Residents, Relatives and members from the local chapel enjoyed a selection of delicious homemade cakes while raising funds for the cause.
The home then distributed the food hampers that they had collected ready for Harvest Festival, which were generously donated to help people in the local community.
Alison Durbridge, Home Manager at Aberpennar Court, said: “It was lovely to see such a great sense of community spirit for Harvest Festival, which completely encompasses the kind care that HC-One is all about.”
