Residents at HC-One’s Aston House care home enjoyed embracing the warm weather as they celebrated National Gardening Week together.
Everyone enjoyed a fabulous time in the sunshine as they took part in a variety of garden themed activities, including a treasure hunt which brought on a lot of laughter from all in the home as friendly competition took place.
Residents also enjoyed making their own handmade flower crowns with flowers knitted together from the garden, whilst other Residents enjoyed taking part in a flower arranging session indoors.
Seema Jose, home manager, commented: “Being out in the garden is wonderful for Residents – they enjoy experiencing the different sights and smells of nature and it’s lovely to see.”
