With lockdown back in effect, the Residents at HC-One’s Hinckley Park care home in Leicestershire are doing their very best to keep spirits up.
Sometimes this means something as simple as having a cup of tea or lunch with your friends and fellow Residents in the home.
Alison, Janet and Hazel, just some of the ladies at Hinckley Park, have started meeting up for a socially distanced natter.
Keeping in touch with people, even those in your home, is an excellent way to keep positive in these difficult times.
It’s important to make sure that the people around you are okay and a quick chat helps to keep morale up during the cold days in winter lockdown.
