Residents at HC-One’s The Hornchurch care home, were pleased to enjoy an afternoon of fun in the sun as they spent some time in the garden with some exciting activities.
A range of games were played by everyone, including Bingo, dominoes and ‘feed the shark’ to help improve fine motor skills.
Refreshments were provided to Residents as they enjoyed the games, including soft drinks such as juice and lemonade, as well as ice lollies and ice creams which were enjoyed by all.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed taking part and joining in with each of the activities. Home Manager, Tania Banner, remarked: “It’s been such lovely weather recently and I’m so glad that we could ensure the Residents had a wonderful day.”
