Stevenage located care home, Woodlands View, is home to Jean Riordan who keeps the indoor garden in top tip condition.
The indoor garden, known as the ‘Life Station’ is home to many lovely plants and Jean to prune the flowers, water and tidy around on most days.
Jean is a keen gardener and keeps residents and staff aware of what to do next in the gardening calendar and Jean is awaiting her HC-One "Head Gardener" Badge.
"Jean really does have green fingers, she loves tending to the garden,” one of the Colleagues commented.
Jean said, “I like to make it look pretty.”
Home Manager, Deby O'Hare, remarked “It is lovely to see the love and attention Jean is giving to the plants.”
