Residents and Colleagues at HC-One’s Cradlehall care home in Inverness have been looking forward to 2021 after such a difficult year for everyone.
Colleagues at Cradlehall have enjoyed working together with Residents, on their final "Wild Things" nature activity at home, designing a 2021 calendar of seasonal art, using items from our art packs such as pressed flowers, seashells, leaves and pictures of plants and wildlife.
Residents and Colleagues used their imagination to come up with different seasonal images for the different months, different seasons. After some discussion, Residents decided to create one seasonal work of art for each month of the coming year.
As an ongoing, evolving activity and is supported by ‘Environmental Education in Action’ based in Findhorn Village in Morayshire.
Cradlehall Home Manager Fiona Sutherland said: “Residents and staff enjoyed time together on this meaningful activity, creating a month by month image of the seasons.”
