Throughout the current pandemic, Colleagues at Birch Court have supported Residents with keeping in touch with their families, now more than ever.
“At Birch Court we strive to provide Kind Care to our Residents and with this in mind we are always looking for innovative ways to keep the lines of communication open between Residents and their nearest and dearest,” explained a Colleague at the home.
The Residents have been working on cards and letters to send out to their family members; they have loved being involved, one said, “I can fill these cards with all the love I feel for my family."
Kerry Winstanley, Manager at Birch Court, remarked, “We have to do everything we can to ensure that our lovely Residents feel close to their loved ones during these trying times.”
