Nanette and Doreen, Residents at HC-One’s Strathtay House care home, on Harley Place in Perth enjoyed a special night in with good food and good company on Monday 7th October.
The ladies had expressed their wish to enjoy an Indian meal on Monday evening, so the team organised for their favourite Indian dishes to be delivered to the home and even set up a table in a quiet space where the ladies could enjoy their meal together.
Nanette and Doreen shared a bottle of wine with their food and chatted about their lives, both ladies commented that they enjoyed their meal as well as each other’s company and are hoping to have more meals like this one together.
Judith Meaden, Strathtay House Home Manager said: “I am so happy that Nanette and Doreen enjoyed their Indian meal together, we are going to organise more meals like this for the ladies and any other Residents who wish to participate.”
