The team at Harley Grange was delighted to receive an impressive report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents. This also shows that the home is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsible and Well-led.
The inspectors were full of praise for staff at Harley Grange, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for people living at the home. This sentiment was echoed by Residents, who made remarks such as: “I’ve lived here for a long time, it’s very pleasant.” Another added: “There is plenty to do, there’s no time to get bored.”
The report reflected the variety of stimulating activities available to Residents at the home, including a book club which is popular amongst many of those living at the home.
