Richmond House nursing care home, in Leigh, were nominated and shortlisted as Finalists for the Great British Care Awards for the category 'The Care Home Team Award'.
As part of the entry process, Colleagues had to make a video which showed staff and Residents dancing. Sadly, they didn’t win but a great time was had by all involved!
The Residents enjoyed dancing with the staff to make the video. Elise said, “What an achievement to just get here.”
Fellow Resident Annie said “I really enjoyed that little bit of a dance!”
Lorraine Scholey, Care Home Manager, commented, “The staff show dedication and commitment at all times and are very deserving of this place in the finals!”
