Residents at HC-One’s Greenways Court in Consett received a surprise from some very kind and thoughtful local school children.
Pupils from St Michaels R.C School in County Durham decided they wanted to bring Residents at Greenways Court some cheer, so they painted some fabulous pictures and donated them to the home.
The Residents absolutely loved the paintings, of flowers, rainbows and smiley faces, so much so, they decided to reply with a card of thanks.
May, a Resident at Greenways said: “I can’t decide which one I like best, they are all amazing, well done.”
Colleagues have displayed the lovely paintings in the main reception area of the home for everyone to see, they are so colourful and bring so much cheer to everyone who walks past them.
