HC One’s Bridgewater Park care home, have received a very kind donation of blankets.
Local lady Mrs Underwood has donation some lovely blankets to the Scunthorpe care home today.
All of the blankets sent to the home are crochet blankets and are made with lovely bright colours.
The blankets will certainly come in handy now that the weather is starting to get colder.
Some of the Residents have already chosen their favourite colours.
One Resident said “how clever to be able to crochet these lovely blankets”, whilst another commented “how thoughtful of someone to think of us.”
The home would like to send a big ‘thank-you’ out to Mrs Underwood for her kindness and generosity.
