Lots of birthday celebrations at Gittisham Hill HouseIt has been a very busy month at Gittisham Hill House care home in Honiton, Devon, as Colleagues and Residents have been celebrating a number of birthdays.

“We have had lots of lovely birthday cakes, have been eating lots and party games have been played. Friends and family were also able to visit in our garden which was so nice for the Residents to help celebrate their Birthdays,” explained Jill Watts and Marie Bourne, the wellbeing team.

All Residents loved playing the parachute game which kept everyone entertained for the afternoon, followed by a well-earned cup of tea and cake afterwards

Everyone was in good singing voices singing Happy Birthday to Resident Pam Smith.

The Residents loved playing the parachute game and of course cake!

"I have had such a lovely Birthday, really spoilt," commented, Pam.

"This game is so much fun!" added Resident, Barbara Harrop.

Home Manager, Marita Westaway, commented, “We have had lots of birthdays recently – it is so nice to celebrate with our Residents."
