Love is in the air at Woking care homeResidents at HC-One’s Kettlewell House care home were delighted to enjoy a special Valentine’s lunch in the home with their loved ones.

Some Residents helped to arrange red and white roses into vases to be placed on each of the dining tables, and other Residents helped to create heart shaped decorations to be decorated around the home.

The tables were laid for two as the lounge was decorated with rose petals, and each table was set with photos of each couple and a box of chocolates.

The couples sat and enjoyed a delicious meal each, as well as a tipple of wine and chocolates which were served afterwards. Romantic music also played in the background which the Residents enjoyed, before everyone retreated to the lounge to take part in an exciting music quiz complete with a sing along of songs throughout the decades.

One Resident commented: “It was lovely to have our loved ones visit. The atmosphere was so wonderful and happy.”
