The team at Capwell Grange were delighted to have received a positive CQC report that rated the home as ‘Good’ overall, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents.

The inspectors were full of praise for colleagues at Capwell Grange, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home. “Staff were respectful and attentive to people. We saw some people had formed friendly relationships with some of the staff.”

Inspectors also spoke with residents regarding their positive experience of the care within the home, "One person told us, “I was wheeled into Capwell Grange, but I walked out. They [staff] gave me back my independence, it changed my mind to what a nursing home was like."”
