Residents at HC One’s Barton Brook care home have been taking part in an exercise class today.
The Residents of the Manchester care home had a lovely morning taking part in gentle exercises using a balloon and exercise balls.
Some of the Residents even had a bit of a laugh juggling the exercise balls afterwards too!
The morning was finished off with a few Residents helping Marie, the wellbeing coordinator, to set the tables back up.
Overall they all enjoyed the morning and it was nice to start the day with some fitness activities.
