Middlesex Residents go for a spin on their new exercise bikesResidents are having fun and keeping fit on their brand-new mini exercise bikes over at HC-One’s Aston House care home in Hayes.

The bikes have been a huge hit over lockdown and offers something a little bit different since personal trainers cannot visit the home due to coronavirus restrictions.

One Resident commented: “I’ll be ready for the Tour de France in no time!”

Since the mini bikes can be easily transported, Residents are able to flex their leg muscles from the comfort of their own chair – an excellent way to keep fit and healthy without too much strenuous work.

Aston House Home Manager, Seema Jose, said: “I am ever so proud of my team and the Residents who remain positive and excited to try something new. The new bikes have lifted spirits!”
