Milton Keynes Residents make sun catchersThis morning the Residents at Highclere care home, in Buckinghamshire, had fun colouring in some sun catchers.

The transparent plastic decorations are going to be used to hand in the home’s glass cabinet for all to enjoy. Residents, including Joyce, Margaret and Lorraine, enjoyed using lots of different bright colours and all made sure that none of the butterflies looked the same.

It took the Residents a while to finish them, as they were paying attention to detail and concentrating, as you can see in the photos.

Everyone admired the work and Joyce remarked how she liked the all pink butterfly that Loraine finished.

Farai Maringa, Home Manager, commented on how, “Very beautiful”, the sun catchers were and, “I can see how much effort everyone has put into them. It really brightens up the place. Well done!”
