Mossley care home Residents hold Christmas remembrance serviceResidents at HC-One’s Sandon House in Mossley recently held a remembrance service this Christmas, to remember those who are no longer with them.

On 22nd December, Colleagues arranged for a remembrance service to be held, so Residents, Relatives and Colleagues could remember those who they had lost through the year.

Relatives tuned in through Zoom, as they were unable to visit the home. Father David from the homes local church, St. George’s, led the service.

Everyone looked through the remembrance book to remember the Residents who had passed and Colleagues unveiled a lovely tree that was lit in honour of the past Residents.

Louise, the home wellbeing coordinator said: “It's important that we still remember those Residents that are no longer with us, especially at Christmas time.”
