HC-One’s Mossdale Residence care home in Burnholme, York celebrated International Nurses’ Day on Wednesday 12th May.
Residents and members of the team came together to share their memories of nurses and those who were nurses in the younger days reminisced about their career. There were smiles all around, with one Resident commenting: “Nurses truly are angels, they are always thinking of others.”
Each member of the professional nursing care team at Mossdale Residence received a small gift as a token of appreciation for their hard work and commitment to helping others.
Mossdale Residence Home Manager, Victoria Edwards said: “It was wonderful to celebrate the amazing work nurses do each and every day throughout the world, but especially our fantastic nursing team here at Mossdale Residence.”
