Today Dingle Meadow care home in the West Midlands hosted a summer fete exclusively for Residents.
The theme of the event was beaches so this meant that the home put out the paddling pool as well as some shells for decoration and a traditional ‘hook a duck’.
The lounge at the home was very well decorated will colourful bunting and Colleagues brought the fun games out to keep everyone well occupied!
There was singing and dancing for the Residents as well as a raffle which made £78 for the Resident Funds. Patrick, the cook, made some burgers, hotdogs and ice-creams for lunch.
Emma Cutress, Home Manager, commented, “Both Residents and Colleagues had such a wonderful day! We really made the most of it and I would like to say a huge well done to everyone involved”.
