Peterlee care home create memorial garden to remember past ResidentsColleagues and Residents HC-One’s Grampian Court care home in Peterlee have create a beautiful memorial garden, to remember the Residents who they have sadly lost.

Residents at Grampian Court have been busy planting seeds, re-potting plants and flowers and making a small memory garden in remembrance of their dear, late Residents who have sadly passed away.
