Residents at Colton Lodges care home in Colton, Leeds embraced their inner Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood as they enjoyed a baking session at the home.
After Residents had made the decision to bake fruit scones in this week’s baking session, everyone was keen to take part in cooking up the delicious sweet treats.
While some Residents helped to measure the ingredients and mix them together, others helped to grease the baking tray before laying the mixture out ready to put it in the oven.
Colton Lodges was filled with the mouth-watering smell of scones as Residents eagerly waited for them to finish cooking.
Mary, a Resident at Colton Lodges, said: “I can’t wait to see the outcome.”
Residents later enjoyed the delicious scones with a cup of their favourite hot drink.
