Residents at HC-One’s Roseberry Court care home in Redcar recently enjoyed a Caribbean themed mocktail afternoon.
Roseberry Court Residents enjoyed picking from a large array of mocktails from the hydration trolley that went around the home on Tuesday 1st September accompanied with some Caribbean music.
On offer were Mojitos, Watermelon Sprites, Berry Bursts, Mikey Mouses, Pineapples and lime, Residents also enjoyed choosing which fruits to decorate their drinks with.
Everyone agreed it felt like they were on holiday somewhere enjoying time with friends. Residents loved all the different colours of their drinks included with the fruit, and enjoyed eating the fruit, which they commented was very refreshing.
Roseberry Court Resident Marion said: “My goodness this is just great, I love the colours and choosing my own mocktail. They were delicious.”
Roseberry Court Home Manager said: “Our hydration trolley included an array of beautiful colours with the fruit and mocktails for our Residents to choose from.”
