Remembrance Day displays at Haslington care homeResidents at Primrose House care home, in Cheshire, have been very busy with Pauline the Wellbeing Colleague, today.

People have been making poppies for the display at the front entrance to Primrose House.  An afternoon of craft-making the poppies while having a sing to wartime songs was very well taken to.

The Residents enjoyed singing and talking about their memories of wartime. Some of the Residents have suggested that maybe a section of the garden could be planted with poppies as a ‘garden of remembrance’.

Home, Manager, Alison Brown, commented on how important it is for the displays this year to show support and thoughts of remembrance
