Residents at HC-One’s Greenways Court care home in Consett are keeping healthy with regular Burns Armchair exercise classes.
Each week Residents are taking part in COVID-19 safe exercise classes within the care home, to stay active and promote good wellbeing. Everyone is enjoying the classes so far, with regarding commenting that it is good to get their bodies moving and taking part in a larger group activity together.
Greenways Court Home Manager, Kinga Kowaliczek said: “Staying active is important for both physical and emotional wellbeing, seeing our Residents enjoying exercise is great.”
Located on Delves Lane, Greenways Court care home offers short and long term care packages for older ladies and gentlemen that require residential care and residential memory care for those living with dementia.
