Residents at HC-One’s Avandale Lodge care home Lostock Gralam have been focussing on staying active with the help of line exercise classes hosted by Burns Gym.
In an effort to improve their physical wellbeing, Residents at Avandale Lodge have been enjoyed regular online fitness classes that provide practical exercises for all abilities to take part and have fun.
The classes have quickly become very popular with everyone at Avandale Lodge, with Betty commenting: “It was good to do some exercise, they weren’t too hard either.”
Avandale Lodge Home Manager, Stephen McCarthy said: “It’s wonderful to see our Residents working on improving their health, exercise is good for our physical and emotional wellbeing.”
