Residents at HC-One’s Stoneyford care home in Sutton absolutely love watching Saturday Night Kitchen on TV, so Colleagues decided to help Residents go live with their own version this April.
On 10th April, instead of sitting down and watching their beloved Saturday Night Live, Residents at Stoneyford, with a little help from the kitchen and wellbeing team rustled up a delicious batch of sausage rolls & jam tarts.
Stoneyford Residents Celia, Joyce, Rosie and Kathleen all got involved week and all the Residents were able to enjoy the results.
All the Residents commented how much they enjoyed their baking session. The rest commented how nice the results were.
Stoneyford care home Manager, Keeley Morris said: ”It's just so lovely to see the Residents getting involved and talking about how they used to bake with their mum or their children.”
