Residents from HC-One’s Lothian House care home in Spennymoor enjoyed their annual visit to Blackpool to see the famous Blackpool Illuminations this October.
The group set off on their trip early so that they could browse the shops and have a traditional seaside lunch of fish and chips. At six o’clock, Residents headed back to the minibus to set off along the golden mile, admiring the amazing light displays.
A great time was had by all, Residents shared their favourite memories of Blackpool and the wonderful light displays. When they returned to the Lothian House the group thanked the team for organising such an enjoyable day trip.
