Colleagues and Residents at HC One’s Hinckley Park care home had plenty of fun celebrating Halloween.
Everyone at the Hinckley home love the end of October, as it’s time for them to be a little... weird.
Staff always try and do something a little silly at Hinckley Park and, with 2020 being a bit of a washout, they wanted to try and bring a smile to everyone’s faces.
Staff dressed up, they recreated ‘Thriller’ (some of them have certainly got the moves!) and handed out so many treats too.
The staff also created the ‘Haunted Hinckley Times’, a collection of spooky stories from the local area. It's something the home have produced for the past few years and love looking for new stories that may have surfaced.
The day was rounded off with a silly Halloween themed comedy.
Residents enjoyed themselves and some of them got involved, with one dressing up as Harry Potter and another sporting a realistic looking bloody bandage (which scared his family in a video call until they realised!).
Overall it was a fantastic day with plenty of smiles and laughter, just what everybody needed!
