The Residents at HC-One’s Hinckley Park care home in Hinckley, Leicestershire have been planting seeds just in time for blooming season this spring.
Residents and Colleagues are starting to get excited because the air’s getting a little warmer and the days a little longer. They are hoping to start spend as much time as possible outdoors over spring so they have been working together to plant flower seeds to beautify the garden area.
So far, they have planted sunflowers, cosmos, marigolds and sweet peas. Now they are all starting to grow in one of the home’s sunniest window sills.
After a couple more weeks indoors, the flowers will be introduced to the garden ready to flourish in the warm weather.
