As summer approaches, Residents at HC-One’s Maple Lodge care home in Stafford have been taking full advantage of the warm weather.
During the morning of March 31st, Residents went out in the garden to help Colleagues with the gardening where they also painted some teacup birdfeeders in the garden.
Residents look forward to this year’s gardening competition and have enjoyed getting some practice in.
Later in the afternoon, to relax, Residents enjoyed a little game of darts, along with a selection of treats and drinks from the tea trolley that was brought in, to reward all the gardeners for their hard work.
Residents enjoyed the darts activity, they liked the competition between themselves and it brought back memories of their younger days, when some used to play for their local club.
