Residents and Colleagues at HC-One’s Maple Court care home were delighted to host an afternoon tea in support of Marie Curie.
Relatives attended as ambassador Den John Peel visited the home to give a talk about the charity. Cake and refreshments were provided for all to enjoy as music was played before an exciting bake off took place for visitors to enter.
Some visitors even brought along their pets to the home which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
Hayley Rix, home manager, commented: “It was such a brilliant turn out today, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we look forward to our next event.”
