Residents enjoyed an afternoon of arts and crafts at HC One’s Millbrook care home today.
This afternoon Residents, with the help of staff if needed, painted pot caterpillars for a later activity that would go on at the Stalybridge care home.
Aldine and Hilda took to their brushes and created their very own designs. The caterpillars will then be used next week for the flower arranging activity. During this the dried flowers used will be able to be placed in the caterpillars and then go into the Residents rooms.
Aldine commented “I can’t wait to put flowers in”.
A cup of tea was enjoyed as a quick break whilst some of the paint dried too, a lovely afternoon was had by all.
