Stars in Their Eyes at Oldbury care homeResidents have enjoyed a star-studded show at HC-One’s Warrens Hall care home in Tividale, West Midlands when Colleagues dressed up as their favourite singers to entertain.

Both Malvern and Clent Lounges were decorated with a glitzy stage and glamourous lights as the Colleagues hosted their very own Stars in Their Eyes.

The anticipation of who was going to step out from behind the sparkly curtain to perform had Residents on the edge of their seats, clapping and cheering with excitement. Spirits were high at Warrens Hall as Residents enjoyed drinks from the bar.

One Resident commented: “You just didn’t know who was going to come out next, I was so excited. The stage looked really good and the drinks were delicious.”

Colleagues dressed up as Elvis Presley, Freddie Mercury, Dolly Parton and more as they stepped out on stage to sing iconic songs from the superstars. Residents put in their requests for their favourite songs and Colleagues happily obliged as they put on an incredible show.

Warrens Hall Home Manager, Kalmit Jagpal, said: “I’ve never seen our Residents so excited, they absolutely loved the show.

“The stage and the performances were brilliant and our Residents enjoyed seeing all the different costumes. You just couldn’t help having a dance.”
