John Hill, a Resident at HC One’s Appleton Lodge, celebrated his big 90th birthday at the home today.
John was admitted to the Stockport care home during the pandemic and has been settling in well, and today celebrates a big birthday within the home.
Colleagues at Appleton Lodge bought John a new dressing gown with pyjamas and socks. A lovely cake was also brought out to him and big balloons were put up to mark the special day.
Residents and Colleagues sang to John and made sure his big day was celebrated in style! Lots of music played throughout the home and it really was a lovely day that was enjoyed by everyone.
John used to live alone so he was very grateful for the effort everybody put in, it really made his day.
