Sunshine and smiles from the Beeches ResidentsToday at Dukinfield’s the Beeches residential care home, residents have been spending time in the garden, admiring the new ornaments and the new flowers.  

Residents and staff have worked hard to make the garden lovely and welcoming to families. 

Christine and Susan, who both live at the care home, enjoyed spending time reading and doing word puzzles in the beautiful sunshine. Phyliss enjoyed a walk round the garden and stopped for a picture with her favourite ornament. 

Susan commented, “The garden is looking beautiful the flowers are lovely colours.”

Christine also admired the scene, “The flowers I planted have come up really well and the colours are beautiful.”

Phyliss added, “I enjoy our walks in the garden, the sun is shining and the new ornaments are lovely.”

Wellbeing Coordinator Sade remarked, “We love getting out in the garden in this nice weather and now it’s looking a lot more homely and welcoming for our visitors.”
