A Colleague has taken up hairdressing for the Residents at HC-One’s St Martin’s Court care home in Morriston, Swansea.
Due to lockdown restrictions, Residents are unfortunately not able to have their hair done by their usual hairdresser. But one Colleague has taken it upon herself to learn a bit of the trade in order to make sure Residents are feeling themselves in these difficult times.
St Martin’s Court Wellbeing Advisor, Angela Croft, has been spending some one-to-one time with the Residents by having a chat with them while she washes and styles their hair.
St Martin’s Court Home Manager, Joanne Lacy, said: “Our Residents thoroughly enjoy it and we hope to make it a regular occurrence.”
