Tetbury Residents enjoy Christmas craftsThe Residents at Ilsom House care home, in Gloucestershire, are really excited with the new Christmas activities they are enjoying making together.

There were lots of activities to choose from, including wooden cross-stitch and Christmas tree decorations finished with red ribbon to hang onto the tree.  They also assembled wooden photo frames which were decorated with cross-stitch as a border for families’ Christmas presents.

One of the Residents reminisced, “We loved making our own Christmas decorations when we were children. This brings back happy memories.”

Activity Coordinator, Pat, remarked, “Residents enjoyed relaxing in the lounge together making the decorations with Christmas music playing in the background. It was a brilliant day for everyone involved!”
