Residents at Hollymere House residential and nursing care home, in Crewe, have been painting poppies for a display to commemorate VE Day.
The home has joined forces with Haslington Village to create a poppy trail. Residents said how therapeutic the poppy painting was.
Pam, a Resident at Hollymere House, said, “I love to see the display coming together!”
Alison Brown, Care Home Manager, remarked “We love to get involved with the community and the poppy trail was a fantastic day for us to contribute!”
