Tigerlily Foundation return with another lovely donation for Relatives at Kendal care homeRelatives of Residents at HC-One’s Summerhill care home in Kendal were gifted some lovely boxes from the Tigerlily Foundation, to help support them in times of need.

In July last year, Tigerlily Foundation kindly gifted some lovely boxes of goodies to Residents, to help them through lockdown. The boxes contained a two-piece keyring, one for the Resident to keep and one for the family, two hand knitted love hearts one for the Resident and one for the Residents family.

The Foundation has returned in the new year to help the home again and have kindly donated boxes for Relatives of Residents who have passed away.

The boxes have calming teas, a heart keyring which breaks into 2 pieces, 2 knitted hearts and other lovely items to help Relatives who have just lost someone. The Residents thought it was a lovely idea and very thoughtful of the Tigerlily Foundation to help the home again.

Kathleen Dean, Home Manager at Summerhill said: “Val's donation is yet another great example of the community support we've received throughout the last 12 months.”
