Residents and Colleagues at HC-One’s
Waterside care home in Tipton recently bid a fond farewell to their much-loved Home Manager.
On 28th April, Farai Maringa, celebrated her last day in the home after 5 months in charge, overseeing change, a lockdown and looking after Residents.
Farai was surprised by Colleagues and Residents who had organised a special goodbye party in the homes lounge, all socially distanced. Colleagues gifted some lovely flowers, cards and some chocolates to Farai, which she absolutely loved.
Afterwards, everyone enjoyed a small tea party where Residents chatted amongst each other, said their goodbyes to Farai and snacked on some wonderful food.
Located in the village of Tipton, close to Dudley, Waterside is a friendly care home with 60 beds, offering nursing care.
