Oakham Primary School were invited to come and sing for Residents outside of Warrens Hall care home, in Tividale, west Midlands.
Children gathered, socially distanced, in the Courtyard and on the front patio area. They sang dongs including 'Show your love' and 'We wish you a Merry Christmas’; to which they also performed sign language to. They wore their Christmas outfits and danced to the music.
Chris Knott, a very well-known singer in the local area, also came with the children to sing songs outside for the Residents. See pictured Chris and the children and teachers from Oakham Primary School.
"It was lovely to see and hear all the children outside, they sang beautifully for everyone, it bought a tear to my eye,” commented one of the Residents.
Home Manager, Kalmit Jagpal, remarked, 'What a lovely thing to do for our Residents. Everyone loved seeing the Children singing and dancing and it definitely brought some Christmas cheer!”
