At Caerphilly’s residential care and residential memory care home,
Trafalgar Park, one Colleague has gone above and beyond to help support and raise awareness for dementia.
Deputy Home Manager, Stephanie Smart, has taken part in the Alzheimer’s Society Memory walk.
Stephanie had received sponsorship from her Colleagues and walked in memory of all Residents, past and present, from Trafalgar Park who have been affected by dementia.
Stephanie said that it was a lovely day and Residents are pleased for her. Her medal has been added to the achievements board in the home.
Ellen Smith, Care Home Manager, remarked, “Well done Stephanie from us all at Trafalgar Park.”
